Zeina Bou Antoun Boustany is the Founder of LSH Law Firm, with over 18 years of extensive experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, banking regulation, dispute resolution, and litigation. She has served as a key legal advisor to major institutions, senior executives, and multinational groups, guiding high-level decision-making and leading complex cross-border legal matters.

​Throughout her career, she managed legal departments, overseen corporate governance, negotiated sophisticated commercial agreements, and directed litigation strategies in civil, commercial, financial, employment, and real estate disputes. She is equally committed to supporting individuals, offering comprehensive legal guidance and representation across all areas of the law.

​A member of the Beirut Bar Association, she holds an LL.M. in Arbitration, Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Filière Francophone de Droit (affiliated with Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas), complemented by training at the Paris Court of Appeal. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she is recognized for her strategic approach, professionalism, and ability to deliver practical legal solutions tailored to client needs.
